Speed loop frequency response rose to 550Hz or more. The MR-J2-Super series are the best units for use in high-speed positioning applications.
The inclusion of the absolute high-resolution encoder 131072 p/rev (17bit) ensures high performance and safety at low speeds. The absolute encoder is standard equipment.
Motor sizes are the same as existing products.
The HC-KFS series servo motors that stability is emphasized have been newly released.
(50W to 750W) The inertia moment is 3-5 times larger than the HC-MFS series motors.
Improved ease of use
The auto-tuning performance has been improved so that the load inertia moment can be tuned to the optimum value automatically even when the acceleration/deceleration torque is small or friction on the vertical axis is large.
The adaptive vibration suppression control function has been installed. Since this function searches for the resonating point and sets the machine resonance suppression filter automatically, the servo system becomes stable.
Optimum tuning together with mechanical system
By connecting the servo motor, the frequency characteristics of the machine system can be analyzed. (Machine analysis function)
An optimum tuning can be performed for a machine based on the result of the machine analysis function. (Machine simulation function)
If comprehending the machine system characteristics in advance, inputting them is also possible.
The personal computer performs the servo's gain tuning. (Gain search function)
For above-mentioned functions, MR Configurator (Setup software) is required.
Conformity with overseas standards. Considering environmental safety.
EN, UL, cUL standards: Both the servo amplifier and motor conform to these standards.
The HC-SFS, HC-RFS, HC-LFS and HC-UFS series servo motors conform to IP65 standard.
The HC-KFS and HC-MFS series servo motors conform to IP55 standard.
The HA-LFS series servo motors conform to IP44 standard. Note that the HA-LFS502 and 702 servo motors conform to IP65.
