Saidis Pty Ltd was engaged to design, fabricate, install and commission a fully automated Hay Bale teasing and compression plant. The system required a bale cycle time of 20 seconds maximum, with a bale weight of 100 Kilograms.

System comprised a double path hay feed table, with a vertical teaser unit, feeding onto a two stage elevator system, into a hay baler/cutter, onto a trolley injection table, passing into a six stage compression unit, ejected into a dual strapper, dropping into a three segment cutter, and finally being compiled for shipping.

Sardis Pty fabricated the control panels incorporating a Mitsubishi PLC, touchscreen, variable speed drives, and relevant hydraulic proportional equipment. Sardis developed and produced the software and operating system.

Site installation was also undertaken by Sardis Pty Ld. The system was commissioned and set to work meeting the customers exspectations. Sardis provided ongoing service and support until the plants recent sale.
